Nat Bailey Stadium – “Home of the Tbirds since 1999”
Located at 4601 Ontario Street, on the eastern edge of beautiful Queen Elizabeth
Park, Nat Bailey stadium has been home to baseball since 1952. Originally
opened as Capilano Stadium, the ballpark has been home to several teams including
the Vancouver Capilanos (1952-54), Vancouver Mounties (1956-62, 1965-69),
Vancouver Canadians of the Pacific Coast League (1978-99), and now the Vancouver
Canadians of the Northwest League as well as the University of British Columbia
Thunderbirds. The stadium seats 6,500 fans and boasts a great view of the
Vancouver landscape.
